There are now three development branches of the Timesheet Next Gen project, stemming from the final release of Timesheet.php, 1.2.1. They are 1.3.x, 1.4.x and 1.5.x.

This is the legacy development for the Timesheet.php project. All bugs associated with Timesheet.php 1.2.1 should be reported to in the issue tracker under the 1.3.x version. This version can be found in the main trunk of the SVN

There is a working demo for the 1.3.x branch:

Once 1.3.1 is finalised, we will provide forward-compatibility by making a version using PHP5. Otherwise the same as 1.3.1, and we shall try to do the same changes in 1.3 and 1.4 to keep them compatible.

This is new development. This includes upgrading to the latest envionment, new GUI development, abstraction and OO development, internationalising etc etc etc. All feature requests should be added to the issue tracker under 1.5.x. This version can be found in /branches/1.5.x of the SVN.
